How are you doing today? Feeling a lot of feelings, we imagine.
We are writing to let you know we’ve decided to take all our classes to a virtual platform for the time being. We know how much everyone craves the community (and the hands on!), and we will be so sad to not see you in person for a while.
We’re hoping that doing classes virtually, where you still sign up and show up, is a way to create connection. It’ll offer an opportunity to check in, ask questions, and hear how everyone else is doing.
Anyone signed up for the class will receive a recording of the class. So in case you miss it (because you perhaps have toddlers at home or are needed elsewhere), you can enjoy the class in your own time. Or maybe you’re going slightly bonkers and just need yoga all day every day, this way you’ll be able to practice it over & over. The recording will be available for 48 hours.
We encourage you to make a cozy spot in your home to practice. So grab your mat, any props** you have (a block is especially helpful!), perhaps light a candle, have your child grab their favorite stuffed animal, bring your essential oils, etc.
Keep an eye on the schedule for any updates & changes moving forward. Below is our temporary schedule, please let us know if there is something you are wanting that is missing and remember that if you sign up for class you get a link to the video to watch for 48hours! We are using ZOOM, so you can download the zoom app if you plan to use your phone but the link will also work on your web-browser!

** If you don’t have a yoga bolster find your thickest pillows or grab a wool blanket, which can also substitute a block, and if you don’t have a strap grab a strong scarf or workout band.
