We want to give a mention to the late, great spiritual teacher Thich Nhat Hanh, who passed away recently.

We know a lot of people are feeling a sense of heaviness, others a sense of light at the end of the tunnel, and most of us are feeling both on any given day.
If we can understand that depression tends to live in the body, and anxiety in the mind, then peacefulness is found in the present.

And the present is most often accessed through mindful breathing, of which Thich Naht Hanh was such a profound + accessible teacher.
To honor the life of Thich Nhat Hanh feel free to take a moment to say a prayer, give thanks for all of the good in the world or just take a deep breath + smile.
