Our Schedule

We are OPEN for in-person yoga. We can have up to 6 adults and 4 kids in the studio at once and you must sign-up ahead of time for classes. You can also join us virtually if you prefer, 3x a week, by signing up for a VIRTUAL class. OR if you’re an active member you can get access to our full video library on wellnessliving. If you sign-up for virtual class but miss class we’ll email you the recording so you can do your yoga when you need within 48hrs of class!

  • After virtual class we’ll send you a link once the recording is available for you to watch class for up to 48hrs

About Our Schedule

Our studio encourages families and people throughout all stages of life to practice yoga. We offer classes for or with babies, infants, toddlers, as well as elementary and middle school aged kids. Teens are also allowed to come to our adult yoga classes. Our loving community revolves around our growing family and our adult offerings like prenatal, postpartum and vinyasa yoga for adults which are sometimes held at the same time class is scheduled for toddlers ages 1.5-3 and young kids ages 2.5-5. We also also offer Yoga For Us classes for kids to take with their parents, grandparents and caregivers, so the whole family can join in on the fun the way they want to. Some highlights:

 

  • prenatal yoga                                     3x a week
  • postpartum yoga for moms             1x a week (bring baby to sleep/rest next to you)
  • yoga for young kids (ages 2.5-5)    1x a week
  • gentle vinyasa yoga                           3x a week
